We begin by listening to communities and understanding their priorities. Through community engagement, assessments and consultations, we identify:

  • Community health and wellbeing needs.
  • Environmental and climate-related challenges.
  • Gaps in water, sanitation and hygiene services.
  • Opportunities for women and youth empowerment.
  • Skills, employment and livelihood opportunities.
  • Vulnerable groups requiring targeted support.
  • Innovative, locally developed and community-led solutions.

Understanding local needs enables us to design interventions that are relevant, inclusive and responsive to the realities of the communities we serve.
